System Design

Panoutron has extensive experience in Project Designing. Our specialized team create their designs based on detailed technical analysis and involve themselves actively in solution implementation and completion. 

Technical design involves the following steps:

  • Defining technical solution requirements
  • Defining system architecture (functional and technical architecture)
  • Defining system functionality
  • Presentation of the infrastructure: equipment, systems and software applications 

 

Depending on customers’ requirements, the design stage may also include interior design services:

  • Consulting
  • Design work: surveys, sketches and drawings, 3D renderings and 2D schematic plans
  • Detail interior design: floor plan, furniture plan, cross-sections, ceiling plan, detail drawings, materials and finishes

  

Project Management

After the initiative stage, the project is planned to an appropriate level of detail. The main purpose is to plan time, cost and resources adequately, in order to estimate the project as a whole and effectively manage risk during the execution.

Project planning generally includes the following steps:

  • Plan determination
  • Developing the scope statement
  • Selecting the planning team
  • Identifying deliverables and creating the work breakdown structure
  • Identifying the activities needed to complete those deliverables and networking the activities in their logical sequence
  • Estimating the resource requirements for the activities
  • Estimating time and cost
  • Developing the schedule
  • Determining the budget
  • Risk planning
  • Gaining formal approval to begin work

Additional processes, such as communication planning and scope management, identification of roles and responsibilities, determination of the equipment and the holding of a kick-off meeting, are also planned by the project management team.

 

Installation

The conditions for the construction phase are set after the completion of the design phase. System installation and commissioning are key factors in the system’s proper operation in time. We follow the highest standards, ensuring that installation is achieved by experienced specialists, who understand the importance and the implications of their work.

 

Commissioning

We test and inspect every single aspect and component for the proper operation of the system prior to delivery.

 

Engineering

Our engineers have the know-how and the expertise to ensure that the system that has been delivered fully meets customer’s expectations.

Proper engineering is mandatory when it comes to projects and systems of high technological complexity. When one system is very complex, the possibility of component friction increases and therefore the reliability of the design is at stake. Complexity incorporates not only engineering systems, but also the logical human organization of data. At the same time, a system can become more complex due to an increase in size, as well as in the amount of data, variables, or the number of fields involved in the design.

Engineering systems are inherently complex since the behavior and interaction among system components is not always immediately well defined or understood. One of the scope of systems engineering is defining and characterizing such systems and subsystems as well as the interactions between them. By doing so, the gap between informal requirements from users, operators, marketing organizations, and technical specifications is successfully bridged.

 

Maintenance, Repair, After Sales

Training

  • For the client: Maximum harnessing of system resources is subject to high knowledge of systems` functionalities. Training the customer is a mandatory step towards successful completion of any project. All systems installed by us are explained in detail to our clients during special training sessions.

About Us

Panoutron was founded in Qatar in 2012 by the owners of LUMATRON Qatar WLL. & PANOU S.A. The two companies, sharing the Qatar National vision for 2030, took the strategic decision to establish a Qatari organization to fill a gap in the Qatari high - end AV market. Panou and Lumatron are family companies established in the early 60s in Greece and Lebanon respectively.  Both Companies have an extensive experience and know how in audiovisual, VR, simulation, lighting and security systems & technology in Europe and in the Middle East. As of today, Panoutron, employs more than 70 (Group personnel), allowing the company to provide quality solutions and services to customers in the State of Qatar and the region.
